Kathy has earned her PhD in Natural Health, studied mind/body medicine at Harvard, is an ACC certified life coach and has written 9 books on health, mind/body medicine, stress, communication and ego states. Kathy has lectured over 300 times globally, including 2 TEDx talks and even helped to create a stress reduction program for the US Military. For fun and stress relief Kathy does flying trapeze and plays Dungeons and Dragons.

100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist. Any assessments or questionnaires that are done stay between Kathy and the participant and any company info is also held in the strictest confidence.
One of the most magical parts of the Conscious Leadership program is the in person component. The first 2 days of interaction and coaching are critical to the success of the program. The following 3 months are done remotely.
Kathy wouldn't have it any other way. She is a trained actress and improv perfomer, and all of her programs are infused with humor and fun.
The way the program is structured, it's ideal for 8-15 participants. Often an organization will begin with C-Suite or a specific division or management level of the company and then continue running the program with the next level of staff until all have participated.
Before the program meets in person there is a company-wide survey that will be sent to all participants (whole company if requested). The participating individuals will do assessments for sabateurs, communication styles, EQ, conflict management styles and a 15-minute interview and any other assessments/surveys that are deemed important by Kathy and the requesting manager/supervisor.
The programs are customized for each group so pricing varies according to the number of participants, coaching hours requested, and if the program continues past the initial 3-month period. Please email or call for specific pricing.
For the three months following the initial program, each participant will receive bi-weekly 1:1 coaching, video lessons, journal prompts, writing assignments, etc. based on what the individual needs to work on. It's not a time consuming process, but pivotal to the success of the program.
Kathy is not trained in such assessments, however if the company already has assessments completed, she will review them to add to her knowledge about the individuals and their strengths/needs.
